  • Horário Fácil is a timetable-building service done 100% over the internet.
  • 2. Is Horário Fácil a free service?
  • No. Horário Fácil is a paid service where you can view part of the solution for free before deciding to purchase the license, which reduces any concern about how well this tool works.
  • 3. How long does it take for my timetable to be ready?
  • The total time to build the timetable depends on how long the user takes to complete the registration, plus the time we need to process it on our servers. These run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to minimize the processing wait time. Normally each timetable is ready in just a few minutes.
  • 4. How do I purchase the program?
  • There are two ways to make the purchase:
  • 1) After logging in to the site, click the LICENSES button. Then click PURCHASE NEW LICENSE. Select the number of Class Groups for your license and proceed to select the payment method.
  • 2) Log in to the site and build your timetable in TEST MODE, where you can evaluate all the features with no commitment. After processing the timetable, you can view the partial schedule and follow the links to unlock the timetable, which will take you to the page to select the payment method.
  • After making the payment, send the receipt by email or through whatsapp support, and our team will enable the license and you will receive confirmation by email.
  • 5. Is there any commitment when setting up the free trial?
  • You can set up the trial with no payment commitment and will be able to view part of the solution for free. You can make the payment at any time to purchase the license and get the complete solution.
  • 6. How much does it cost to build my school's timetable?
  • The cost depends on the number of class groups in your institution. The larger your school, the greater the number of class groups and the greater the number of combinations to build the timetable, and the greater the use of our computational resources.   • 7. What are the payment methods?
  • Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal electronic payment (www.paypal.com).
  • 8. If I purchase the license to unlock my timetable, can I change it afterwards? Will I have to pay again? How long does the license last?
  • Your unlocked timetable will remain available for 6, 12 or 24 months, depending on the license you purchase, counting from the payment date, and during that period you can change and reprocess it as many times as you want, at no additional cost, until the solution is satisfactory.
  • Note: The timetable can be reprocessed at no additional cost for the Class Groups contracted in the license, however it is not allowed to process the timetable of other schools with the same license, or the timetable of other Class Groups not contracted from the same school.

  • 9. My timetable got no solution or got an unsatisfactory solution, what should I do?
  • It is absolutely normal for the timetable not to turn out well in the first attempts. It may have errors in the setup or be incomplete.
    Try the following options to solve the timetable problems:
  • 1) Edit the timetable setup, make changes and process the timetable again
  • 2) Check the help pages and the tutorial videos to learn the best way to register the restrictions you need
  • 3) Use the ANALYSIS TOOL and the SUGGESTIONS SYSTEM to find problems in the timetable availability
